She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 1991.  Stacey received her Juris Doctorate, with Honors from Stetson University College of Law in 1994.

Stacey primarily practices in the areas of complex Intellectual Property, Civil and Corporate litigation along with Strategic Litigation Consulting.  Stacey has handled a wide variety of high-profile matters ranging from negotiating multi-million dollar settlements against MetLife Insurance Company to litigating complex Trademark, Patent and Copyright infringement cases.  Stacey also has significant experience in corporate matters including corporate transactional work and corporate defense litigation and has served as corporate counsel for a large, prominent insurance agency, for over 15 years.

Professionally, Stacey is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyer’s Section of the Florida Bar.  Stacey is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of the office, Stacey enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of Are You Safe, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to providing legal representation for victims of domestic violence.   Stacey resides in St. Petersburg with her family.
